Speaker Spotlight: Kevin S. Choe, M.D., Ph.D.

Kevin S. Choe, M.D., Ph.D.The Gamma Knife Center’s upcoming 2014 Symposium is pleased to feature speaker Kevin S. Choe, M.D., Ph.D., who will present “The Utility and Challenges of Radiosurgery in Intracranial Disorders.”

Dr. Choe currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Texas (UT) Southwestern in Dallas. He also is on staff at UT Southwestern’s Simmons Comprehensive Cancer Center, where he applies his expertise in brain cancer to patient care. Board certified in radiation oncology, Dr. Choe devotes much of his time to cancer research and has been published in numerous medical journals. His teaching and research efforts have earned him several awards and distinctions, including the 2014 Educator of the Year from the Association of Residents in Radiation Oncology.
