Being a part of a caring team and utilizing an evolutionary addition to patient care, like Gamma Knife ICON, is extremely rewarding. Seeing all of the new possibilities, from when I first became interested in the Gamma Knife Center to now, is indicative of significant progress in healthcare. This development has captivated me from day one when I was taking care of patients in the same-day medical department at Valley and immediately wanted to learn more. My biggest motivation is seeing the progression of patients during their journeys first-hand.
