Growing up in Ridgewood, I have always known Valley to be an important part of our community, so becoming a member of this team is especially meaningful to me. Witnessing family members undergo cancer treatment, including radiation therapy, inspired me to pursue a career in this niche area, where I can support patients during some of their most challenging moments. Since joining Valley, I have experienced firsthand the culture of compassion, collaboration, and patient-centered care that makes this organization so special. At The Valley Gamma Knife Center, I have the privilege of caring for incredibly strong and resilient patients, and I am proud to be part of a team that treats every individual with dignity, empathy, and respect—not just their diagnosis.
